Problem Statement
One of the lessons we learned about COVID-19 is that an early response could have thousands of lives. We need a centralized platform where patients can consult doctors virtually and collect textual records of the consultation that can be used by Government Agencies and Hospitals to track the presence and growth of various communicable diseases more closely.
Product Goal
1. A safe virtual consultation platform for patients.
2. A Personalized Platform for Government Agencies and Hospital across India to be able to track the presence and growth of various communicable diseases more closely.
Process
Observation
Healthcare is one of the basic needs of human. The pandemic taught us that a preemptive preparedness could have helped us save thousands of life. Government agencies and hospital need a more centralized place to track medical record of patients, so that we can track communicable diseases and act faster to help prevent pandemic in such a large scale, A virtual consultation space, also saves a lot of money, otherwise spend in commuting. But we need to also create a safe place to safe guard the medical records of the patient.
Understanding
To get an in-depth understanding of the pain points of users, a survey was conducted. A varied demographic was chosen to study the need for a larger audience.
Mental Model
After a thorough user research, a mental model was created which was then used to design the UX and UI.
